This is a classic Victorian carved horn snake bracelet with double coils. It has two small mother of pearl eyes and some hand carved chevrons near the head. Good condition for an antique bracelet, though the end of the tail end may have been broken off. Victorians valued snakes as a motif in jewelry. Snakes in many cultures symbolize sexuality, eternal love, regeneration and protection.
